Der sehr gute Somborn-Sohn "Sombach" stammt aus einer Fox-Tochter. Er vererbt eine eiweißbetonte Milchleistung und eine sehr gute Fleischleistung. Hervorragend ist seine Fitness, vor allem in den Merkmalen Persistenz, Nutzungsdauer, Zellzahl, Melkbarkeit und maternales Kalbeverhalten ist er sehr gut. Seine etwas größeren Töchter sind sehr gut bemuskelt, haben gute, aber ziemlich stark gewinkelte Fundamente und haben etwas kleinere, gut aufgehängte Euter.
